Age Groups
We have five age-appropriate sections. The program's content is tailored to the scouts' ages to ensure they get experiences and adventures that suit them. Children can join the scouts from the age of 8. In Utmanarna, our oldest scout section, you can join from the age of 15.

8-9 Years
The second youngest scouts discover marine life through play, singing and small adventures by the water. Here they learn to cooperate, tie their first knots and feel at home in nature.

10-11 Years
You do more sailing and longer excursions in the archipelago. The Kaparna take on more responsibility, learn the basics of navigation and build friendships that last far beyond the scout corps.

12-14 Years
You will sail larger dinghies and plan your own trips together with the leaders. The Äventyrarscouter learns to lead, make decisions and handle challenges both at sea and on land.

The oldest scouts run their own projects, participate in international camps and take on leadership roles for the younger ones. Scouting becomes a way to shape themselves and their surroundings.

Familjescouter
Under 8 Years
Familjescouter is for children under eight years of age, together with an adult they feel safe with. This can be a parent, grandparent, relative or another close adult.
